Sempai Hero

// THE PITCH //
Sempai Hero was a project to create a game that had a "twist" in it. The game must start one way and have it change in-between.

// DESIGN PROCESS //
I wanted to create a 2D shooter in which you must protect the center object. The game looks simple, with basic shapes and colors. Then after clearing the first wave of enemies, and touching the center object, the game explodes with art and color (mostly anime related).

// GAME STATS //
Length of gameplay: ~6 minutes
Time to develop: 2 weeks
Software used: Unreal Game Engine
